When Oprah does it, it isn't sensationalizing. Right?

"Brooke Shields posed for him both as a normal young girl and in the nude, her body heavily made up and oiled, receiving a fee of $450 from Playboy Press, Gross’s partner in the project. Her mother signed a contract giving Gross full rights to exploit the images of her daughter. The series was first published in Little Women, and then in Sugar and Spice, a Playboy Press publication. Large prints were also exhibited by Charles Jourdan on 5th Avenue in New York."
There are three of the pictures attached to the article.
I'm not sure where the line is drawn between art and pedo-photos, but the photos are very uncomfortable to look at (for me).
I feel sorry for Brook Shields, whose property they surely should be.
Read the article here.

Barbra Streisand has a sister:
.....half-sister from her mother's second marriage named Roslyn Kind.
It's interesting to watch her sing and see the resemblance.

The message may be well-intentioned and honorable, but it’s made null if its delivery misses its mark. Madonna cannot expect to have her convictions taken seriously if she enters into a socio-political issue as an outsider who has barged her way in with little to no firsthand knowledge of what she speaks and who has no intention of following up on her message.
Apparently, Madonna lectured Romanian fans on discrimination against Roma people in that country.

The relationship between the 72-year-old actor with step-granddaughter E'Dena Hines, 27, began when she was a teen, the source told The ENQUIRER exclusively. The alleged affair not only contributed to his split from Myrna, his wife of 25 years, it also led to his breakup with his longtime mistress, former schoolteacher Mary Joyce Hays.
I think even Woody Allen would say "Oh, c'mon!"
Step-Granddaughter? Long time mistress?
Honestly, I'm so disappointed I could slap him.

In a March 4 deposition, Hilton, 28, again showed why she is an American treasure. While being quizzed about her cellular phone usage, Hilton noted that, "I've never looked at my phone bill in my entire life," adding that she was unaware who paid such things for her.
*sigh*
I wish I didn't know who paid my bills....

Vanity Fair marks the 14th year of its gigantic annual Hollywood Issue, and thus the 14th year of Annie Leibovitz’s spectacular gatefold covers. These classic photographs capture Tinseltown talent and glamour like nothing else. Here’s a look back at all of them.

Neatorama did a post called "Five Familiar Actresses in a Different Light"
Showing some older, working actresses and what they looked like when they were younger.
They were missing two of my favourites, and they still look great today:
Helen Mirren
Dame Judi Dench
