Lawyers are filing a constitutional challenge of a young people's curfew in Thompson, Manitoba.
"Children under 12 must be off the streets by 10 p.m., teens aged 12 to 15 have until 11 p.m., while 16- and 17-year-olds face a midnight curfew".
What does a child under 12 need out on the street after 10pm?
Please.
If you're not going to parent your child, the government will.
